These are not just any old cowhide. They are top quality and have a great texture. This is not an accident as we only select top quality hides.
The cowhides smell of leather and are soft to handle. Watch out for smelly, stiff hides that are thin as well. They simply do not last.
The shape of the hides are slightly triangular and are narrower at the top and broader at the base. The sizes range from 36 square feet to as large as 42 square feet.Roughly 6 feet wide across the base of the hide, and 7.5 feet long. Each piece varies in dimensions because they are trimmed after being tanned as part of the manufacturing process.

You can run them parallel to a sofa or vertical, or just use them as a feature piece. Layering of several hides can work as well if you have an exceptionally large floor space.
The cowhides are easy to clean with a damp cloth, but do not wet the hide as it is a natural product that will give you years of good use.
