Shipping to Continental  USA 

All cowhide rugs are shipped within Continental USA

All  other  destinations that are part of the USA, including islands will  be  quoted  on  a  case  by  case  basis  for  shipping  costs  which  will  be  additional  to  the  prices on  the  website.Please  just contact  us  through  Contact CowhideurgsUS   and  we  will  get  back to you promptly.

If  parcels  are  left  in a safe  places on delivery due to non attendance and  stolen , we  will  not  enter  into  any discussion  for  compensation or  replacement.

We  are used to delivering parcels thousands of miles  to  our  customers  and have had very few  issues  in more than fifteen years.

Anticipated delivery times will be between two and  seven days from receipt of your  order.

We  use the best  carriers  in  the  world in  UPS and  sometimes delays can occur due to unplanned events and  these are  not  grounds  for  cancellation,compensation or refunds.

Please ensure you enter the correct address detail as we will not consider any  claims resulting  from incorrect addresses

If  goods  are  returned  to  us because of your error,we will  charge a return fee to cover the additional  freight costs & handling.If  goods are lost  in shipment as a result of incorrect addresses we  will not consider any claims.

We really want to deliver to you and have tried to make it as easy as possible to ensure you receive your order.

Cowhides accidentally lost  in shipping  are fully insured and our policy is to replace the lost  goods once we  have investigated the  circumstances with the carriers.Where  deliveries  are found  to  have  been  lost  there  will  be no additional charges for  replacement.This has occurred twice in the last fifteen years but we have you covered against the event.

You will receive a tracking number so you can track your delivery once it is dispatched through our delivery partners.By  logging  into  their  sites you  will  be  able  to  track  the  progress of your order once dispatched from our warehouse using  the  tracking  number  we  will post  on  our  site against your order.

We process your order as soon as it is received and once dispatched no cancellations will be accepted.

RETURNS

CowhideRugsUS takes pride in delivering good products to our customers and if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you receive just contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods and we will organize a refund for the cost of the rug after its return.This does not cover change of mind based on either color or  size.This  is  based on  quality only

No  claims  will  be  recognized  outside this  period,When you  chose a hide we deliver within  the  range  of  coloring the  natural product comes in.Each hide is uniquely different in patterning,size and also color mix.Our  photos  represent  the general  coloring  only but  variations do  exist.For  instance  Black  can  have  undertones  of  brown,  Tri Color  is totally  varied  and  the  mix  of  color  can vary from the hide illustrated quite widely.The  amount of brown varies in both  the  Spotty &  plain Brown & White  hides.This applies to the Black & White hides too.

We are in  the  business of delivering good quality and will not exchange purely  based on  color variations and want you  be aware of  this  before  buying.

Natural products simply come with variations  and  this  is part of their charm.

Please note that as cowhide is a natural product there  will  be  imperfections  in  each  hide and  these  include barb wire marks that show as contrast lines,tick  bites  that look  like round marks,brands  from  the  farms  themselves  and  even sewing and the occasional patch at the back.During  tanning  the  hides  sometimes get  cut and these are then repaired at  the  tanneries.These  are  acceptable  feature  on  these  products and not a  reason for a return or cancellation.

In the event of us agreeing to a refund due to quality reasons we  will send  you a  shipping label to return the goods

Please note: In the event of any other reason for a return being agreed on,you will have to pay the delivery costs back  to  our  premises.

Any refunds will be sent to you on receipt of the goods purchased in good condition back to our premises. No refund will be made until the goods are received back to our warehouse, nor will refunds be made if  the returned goods are in poor condition including damage  and soiling.You will have to pay the return delivery costs if you require your goods back in these circumstances.
